It's been a while, haven't found the motivation to update, but since NPDP has finally ended, I guess an update is severely overdue. Well today was NPDP which we have been training for for months. A few minor cock ups but nothing too serious to have ruined it. Kinda had no mood the whole day, putting on a fake smile for the world to see, knowing that I just missed out big time.
I didn't want to talk too much on npdp despite it motivating me to update, there are still a lot of other things I really need to get off my chest. It's been so long since your camp and still I don't see any effort from some of you. For some of you it's just show up for the camp and that's it, you pon tang until you all become NCOs isit?
I'm really sick of all the shit you give us OUTSIDE training alone, can't even give any fucking respect to us, how to take over? Ridiculing us just for doing drills properly and seriously? Something obviously you all can't understand. I know I'm not your squad nco but still you all should know how much effort your squad nco put in for you all and you all don't seem to give a shit of what he does for you all.
He's done more than enough for you all as an NCO, I don't know what you all will do next, just take over and let the unit drop to unplaced la. That's the standard I see in you all now. For most of us, all we care about is the only important event left, our ROD, and how once we throw our berets we don't have to deal with your incompetence anymore.
